Étoile, Companion and Kieran Culkin and Sarah Snook reunite.
Amy Sherman-Palladino, the witty brains behind Gilmore Girls, is back with a new series set in the high stakes world of professional ballet. Étoile sees two of the world’s most renowned ballet companies swap dancers and artistic staff in a bid to save their dying industry. Like all Sherman-Palladino’s shows the dialogue is exquisite, the pace is breakneck, and the characters are easily likeable. Also, there’s a few familiar faces amongst the American and French cast including Yanic Truesdale (Michele from Gilmore Girls) and Kelly Bishop (Emily Gilmore). It’s streaming on Prime Video.
