I always enjoy listening to Anne Lamott talk. She’s incredibly wise and offers an interesting perspective on creativity, success, shame and learning how to ignore your inner critic.
The American author is now 70 and in this episode of Wiser Than Me she chats to host Julia Louis-Dreyfus about falling in love later in life, learning how to let her children live their own lives, and how she controls the ‘Kfuck Radio’ in her own mind.
It’s a great listen that everyone will get something from.
