On Tuesday night, I was lucky enough to go to the Sydney premiere of Jennifer Lawrence’s new movie No Hard Feelings.
I ate one hot wiener, one lukewarm wiener and discovered that BIG, SILLY MOVIES are back!
Maddie Barker (Lawrence) is on the brink of losing her childhood home when she agrees to date a wealthy couple’s socially awkward 19-year-old son. While it’s been billed as a ‘sex comedy’, No Hard Feelings is more of a coming-of-age story with a lot of heart, and a few wild scenes thrown in for shock value.
It’s a great movie to go see if you want to have a few laughs and leave the cinema feeling a bit better about the world.
